We are launching our 2017 Year-End Campaign. Our goal is to ensure we are able to continue our mission of helping those who need it the most and expect it the least while leaving a legacy of purposeful giving. Although our impact in 2017 was extensive, there are more families and individuals who we are not able to help because we don't have the resources to do so. Our goal for this campaign is to raise $10,000 by December 31st. We humbly ask you to consider a special y...ear-end donation of $50, $100 or whatever you can afford to help us meet our goal and ensure we can support as many families and individuals in 2018 as possible. The supporter who donates the highest amount by December 31, 2017 at midnight PST will win four, one day park hopper passes to Disneyland (does not include airfare, meals, etc). We simply can’t do it without you. Your support will make a real, lasting impact in the lives of those who are still in need.

The Angel Wings Foundation mission is simple.     favicon

We want to spread love, compassion and hope to local families when they need it the most and expect it the least. We support individuals and families who have recently experienced life changing events.  On our website you will find an informative and inspirational video exemplifying the work of Angel Wings. Check out our LEGACY Project page!

Angel Wings has a genuine goal of being able to help those who are "in the middle". They may not qualify for assistance or be looking for it, but could use some hope.

Angel Wings Foundation receives all financial support through donations. We appreciate all of our donors and we have been honored to be a part of the lives of so many wonderful people. We wanted to share some of our favorite stories with you. Keep in mind that it is optional to share a story, some of our donors and recipients prefer to remain anonymous.

Angel Wings Foundation helps those who need it the most and expect it the least, while leaving a legacy of purposeful giving. The heart of our Hope Day Legacy Project is to provide opportunities for families and individuals to gather together as a community to make a difference. Not only does this allow people to make a tangible difference, but it sparks conversation about the importance of giving back and being aware of others' needs.

Hope Day is an open house event that provides an opportunity for individuals of all ages to decorate and fill bags with much needed items including socks, hats, snacks and much more. The filled bags are for you to take with you and give to members of your community who are in need.

Our Legacy Marketplace will feature a select group of local youth who have created items to sell at our event. A portion (50%) of your proceeds will go back to Angel Wings Foundation. Think of it as a craft fair that is completely designed and created by our youth! The unique part is that all of the participants get to donate their money back to helping others through Angel Wings Foundation. Along the way, youth gain confidence and budgeting skills, while making a difference in their community.

Participation in the Legacy Marketplace requires dedication, communication, and hard work. Time management skills are a must so that you plan enough time to complete your items for Hope Day. Parents are a necessary part of the experiences, and are there to support, but not to create the items for their kids. We are looking for driven, hard-working and passionate young people to showcase their joy for helping others. Each young person must be between the ages of 7-17 to participate.

Do you want to be part of our exclusive Legacy Marketplace? If so, please fill out the application completely and return it to Angel Wings Foundation. You can email your application to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by midnight on May 5th, or postmark it by May 5th and send to: Angel Wings Foundation PO BOX 7350 Bonney Lake, WA 98391. No late applications will be accepted. Those who are selected will be notified no later than June 1st in order to begin communication and planning before the school year ends.

In 2007, my husband, John and I were going through some emotionally difficult times. We had experienced infertility and then a miscarriage, needless to say, we were both hurting. Having had a difficult time conceiving our first child, we were beyond excited about the idea of having another. Sadly, in 2007, that wasn’t to be and I was especially heartbroken. During that time my husband named, registered and gifted me a non-profit, “Angel Wings Foundation”. He told me that this non-profit was for me to go out and provide hope and support for those who were in tough spots. I knew what he meant, those people who, like me, don’t want to ask for help. Those people who are hurting quietly, but smiling on the outside. He knew that with me focusing my energy on helping and healing others, I wouldn’t be able to dwell (forever) on my own sadness. So, that is where we started! We’ve come a long way, personally and professionally over the years. It’s been frustrating, rewarding and extremely humbling to be a part of so many lives. I hope to continue to share stories with you of what AWF is up to and give you more personal insight into who we are and what we do. Take a moment and smile at someone today, you never know what they are going through and it may just cheer you up too! -- Holly
